Mass attendance, meetings with religious communities, licensed guide services, hotels and meals can be incorporated only when specifically requested and confirmed. Admission tickets, where required, remain separate unless stated in the written proposal.

Professional roles remain clear

Chauffeur, licensed guide and spiritual leader are different services.

The chauffeur is responsible for transportation and the confirmed operating route. Formal explanation of religious, artistic or historical heritage is provided by an appropriately licensed guide when requested. A priest, deacon or religious accompanying the group retains the spiritual role of the pilgrimage.
