FCO timing rule: flight monitoring and up to 60 minutes from the scheduled arrival time are included. A longer delay is subject to chauffeur availability and additional waiting charges. When the service can continue, the delay reduces the sightseeing portion because the confirmed Civitavecchia arrival time does not move; the price remains unchanged and the route may be shortened to protect embarkation.
All applicable VAT and the private V-Class are included. On pre- and post-cruise services, luggage remains with the vehicle. Admission tickets, licensed guides, meals and personal expenses are excluded.

Requesting a quote
No payment is required to request a quotation. We check the route, timing, passengers, luggage and vehicle needs before replying.
Confirming the service
The service is reserved only after written confirmation. Sending a request does not confirm availability or reserve a vehicle.
Prices and additional costs
Public rates include applicable VAT. Night service, specified holidays, extra waiting, permits, additional stops and itinerary changes are confirmed in the written quotation. Parking is included only when the particular service expressly states it.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms are supplied in the written quotation before confirmation. Changes to the route, schedule, passengers, luggage, stops or duration require written acceptance and may change the final price.
Tickets and separate services
Guests or their travel advisor purchase admission tickets separately from the ticket provider. The provider handles ticket changes, cancellations, refunds and support. Licensed guides and other additional services are separately quoted when requested.
Standard 2026 cancellation terms
For transfers and regular single-day services through 31 December 2026, cancellation is free of charge until 72 hours before pickup; within 72 hours, 100% of the service price applies. Multi-day or multi-vehicle services require at least 7 days’ notice. Dedicated capacity or third-party commitments may be non-cancellable (NCP), as specified in the written confirmation. Your written quotation confirms the terms that apply to your journey.
Reservations correspondence is handled by written messages in English or Spanish.
