Planning the service
Is an Orvieto stop included in the direct Rome–Florence rate?
No. The direct rate covers the standard point-to-point route. Up to three hours in Orvieto is a vehicle-specific supplement shown separately.
Can we add another town instead?
Yes, when the route is operationally sensible. We recalculate driving time, chauffeur duty, parking and the visit window before quoting.
What if the chauffeur cannot return to Rome the same day?
For multi-day or distant services, required driver accommodation, daily duty, mileage and the final vehicle return are included explicitly in the proposal.
Are tickets or a guide included?
No. Admission and licensed guide services are separate unless they are expressly added to the written quotation.
