These points explain the booking process and the standard cancellation terms for services through 31 December 2026. Your written quotation confirms the conditions of your particular journey; request the applicable terms for later service dates.
Confirming the service
The service is reserved only after written confirmation. Sending a request does not confirm availability or reserve a vehicle.
Prices and additional costs
Public rates include applicable VAT. Night service, specified holidays, extra waiting, permits, additional stops and itinerary changes are confirmed in the written quotation. Parking is included only when the particular service expressly states it.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms are supplied in the written quotation before confirmation. Changes to the route, schedule, passengers, luggage, stops or duration require written acceptance and may change the final price.
Tickets and separate services
Guests or their travel advisor purchase admission tickets separately from the ticket provider. The provider handles ticket changes, cancellations, refunds and support. Licensed guides and other additional services are separately quoted when requested.
Standard 2026 cancellation terms
For services through 31 December 2026: standard transfers can be cancelled free until 72 hours before pickup. Tours, excursions and all chauffeur services (including partial-day, pre-/post-cruise and shore excursions) require 7 full days’ notice. Multi-day services also require 7 full days. Within the applicable notice period or for no-show, 100% applies. Expressly agreed non-cancellable (NCP) bookings are non-refundable from confirmation. Your written confirmation states the applicable terms.
Reservations correspondence is handled by written messages in English or Spanish.
