Planning the service
Do you monitor arriving flights?
Yes. We monitor the confirmed flight and include up to 60 minutes from its scheduled arrival time. If the delay extends beyond that allowance, we make every reasonable effort to reorganize the pickup; continued service is subject to chauffeur availability and additional waiting charges stated in the quotation.
How will I meet the chauffeur?
The agreed arrangement is confirmed before travel. It may include a personalized name sign inside the terminal or direct coordination by phone or WhatsApp.
Can you arrange a transfer from Rome to Fiumicino?
Yes. Departure transfers are planned from the accommodation or agreed address, allowing for traffic and the airline check-in schedule.
