Service within Rome begins with a minimum reservation of four consecutive hours and can be booked for a half day, full day or multiple days. The Rome hourly service includes up to 80 kilometres; airport and cruise-port transfers are separate services and must be booked or quoted accordingly.

Is the chauffeur service private?
Yes. The confirmed vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for your party during the agreed service period.
Can I change stops during the day?
Reasonable adjustments can be considered within the confirmed time, operating area and traffic conditions. Major changes may require a revised quotation.
Can I extend a four-hour booking on the day?
Please reserve the complete amount of time you expect to need. Vehicles and chauffeurs are scheduled around confirmed services, so same-day extensions require confirmation, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Can the service continue for several days?
Yes. Full-day and multi-day assignments can be planned in advance around the complete itinerary, passenger movements and operational requirements.
Is the chauffeur also a licensed tour guide?
No. Chauffeur service and licensed tour-guide service are distinct. A licensed guide can be requested and quoted separately when available.
