Both sites involve walking. The order can be adjusted for comfort, availability and the guest’s priorities.

- Rome pickup and return, chauffeur waiting time, fuel, standard tolls and parking are included.
- The five-hour service is designed around one principal villa; the eight-hour service allows both villas and a lunch window when current access and the guests’ pace make the sequence realistic.
- Villa d’Este ordinarily opens at 14:00 on Mondays; date-specific access is checked before confirmation. Villa d’Este and Hadrian’s Villa are ordinarily closed on January 1 and December 25, except for officially announced special openings.
- If a selected villa is unavailable, the booked chauffeur service remains valid and continues with the accessible villa, Tivoli or an agreed alternative stop.
- Admission tickets must be purchased separately by guests or their travel advisor. Licensed guides, meals and beverages may be quoted separately when requested.
- Both sites involve substantial walking, including slopes, steps and uneven surfaces; mobility requirements must be advised before confirmation.
- Additional service time or a materially changed route is quoted separately.
