A successful airport transfer begins before the aircraft lands. The chauffeur needs the correct flight, passenger details, luggage information and final address so the meeting can be planned around the actual arrival rather than a generic pickup time.
Send the operating details, not only the landing time
Provide the airline, flight number, travel date, lead passenger name, mobile or WhatsApp contact, number of travelers, luggage and destination. If the itinerary includes a connection, send the final flight arriving in Rome.
Where the chauffeur meets the guests
The precise arrivals point is confirmed before travel. The normal arrangement is a meeting inside the terminal with a personalized name sign. When a sign is not preferred or another procedure is more practical, the meeting can be coordinated by telephone or WhatsApp.
Flight monitoring helps—but waiting is not unlimited
The confirmed flight number is monitored so the planned meeting can be adjusted to an early or delayed arrival. This does not create unlimited complimentary waiting. A major delay can affect chauffeur availability and may generate additional waiting charges under the written quotation.
From the terminal to the vehicle
After meeting, the chauffeur assists with ordinary luggage and accompanies the party to the waiting vehicle. Airport access rules mean the vehicle may be in an authorized parking or pickup area rather than immediately outside the baggage hall.
Door-to-door transportation
The transfer continues privately to the confirmed hotel, apartment, office or other destination. Vehicle choice depends on passengers and luggage: an executive sedan may suit one or two light travelers, while a V-Class or larger vehicle may be required for families, groups or substantial baggage.
