Begin with the religious purpose
Tell us the sacred places, Mass or service times, community meetings and the amount of quiet time the travelers want. The road should support that purpose rather than dominate it.
Day journeys and multi-day routes are different
Assisi, Subiaco and selected central-Italy destinations can be structured as private day journeys. Loreto with Lanciano or the principal Padre Pio destinations are better organized with overnight stays.
Keep professional roles clear
The chauffeur manages transportation. A priest, deacon or religious companion retains the spiritual role. Formal historical and artistic interpretation is provided by an appropriately licensed guide when requested.
Confirm the complete operating plan
The written proposal identifies vehicle, duty time, hotels when applicable, inclusions, exclusions and any separately arranged meals, guides or admissions.
