Tickets, Licensed Guides and Chauffeurs: Three Different Services

Understand what each booking covers before combining attraction admission, formal guided interpretation and private transportation.

Updated August 31, 2026 · 1 min read

A complete private day may involve three distinct products: admission to an attraction, a licensed guide and chauffeur-driven transportation. Keeping them separate makes responsibilities and cancellation terms clearer.

Admission tickets

The ticket controls entry date, time, visitor names, security rules and the ticket seller’s cancellation conditions. Timed admission should be chosen only after the transport schedule has been checked.

Licensed tour guide

A licensed guide provides formal historical, artistic or archaeological interpretation at the monuments and sites included in the agreed visit. Guide availability and language must be confirmed separately.

Private chauffeur

The chauffeur manages the vehicle, road, pickup, waiting and confirmed operating route. The chauffeur is not automatically the guide inside a museum, church or archaeological site.

One proposal can coordinate the parts

When requested, Roma Limo Services can show the transport price and the separately arranged guide or admission components in one written proposal, while keeping the supplier and conditions of each service transparent.
